It is not a layout-preserving conversion service. Images, diagrams, tables, complex page arrangements, and fonts may not survive. Scanned image-only PDFs usually need OCR first, which this tool does not provide. Inspect the DOCX carefully before using it for an important document.

Which image formats are supported?+
JPG, PNG and WebP are supported in modern browsers. Animated images are not preserved as animations.
Why can a compressed file sometimes be bigger?+
Already optimized files can grow when re-encoded. PDF image-compression may remove selectable text. Choose the quality setting appropriate for your document.
